Two Weeks on Ningxia Red!

Hello Fellow Oilers!

Well as most of you know this is my second week on Ningxia Red I joined the challenge started by the Common Scent Mom team! More info here...

It has been great and I have thoroughly enjoyed taking this powerful antioxidant drink. It contains whole Ningxia wolfberry puree—a super blend of blueberry, aronia, cherry, pomegranate, and plum juices, natural stevia extract, grape seed extract, pure vanilla extract, and orange, yuzu, lemon, and tangerine essential oils.

Get 2015 Started off Right!

The holidays are over, and so is the rushing, the schedule busy with get-togethers, and the last-minute baking and gift shopping. Ready to finally take a minute to breathe? This month, to start 2015 off right Young Living is offering a 5-ml bottles of Copaiba and Spearmint essential oils, along with a shareable $20 enrollment voucher, and SleepEssence™ capsules!

So how can Copaiba and Spearmint help you unwind? Here are a couple of ideas for relaxing, at-home spa treats with these must-have essential oils:

• The main ingredient in Stress Away™ essential oil blend, Copaiba can be used aromatically promote a sense of calm. For an all-natural hair masque that nourishes both hair and scalp, combine ½ avocado, 1 egg yolk, 2–4 drops of Copaiba essential oil, and 1–2 drops of Rosemary essential oil in a blender. Distribute through hair, massage into scalp, and wrap hair in a shower cap. Wait 5–10 minutes. Rinse out in the shower, and then shampoo and condition as normal.

For an easy, at-home spa treatment, soak clean feet in warm water with 5–10 drops total of Spearmint, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil for up to 15 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry with a towel. Combine 1 tablespoon of cocoa butter with 5 drops each of Spearmint and Peppermint essential oil and massage into feet, focusing on the heel and ball of the foot. The tingling mint sensation will soothe away fatigue, while the cocoa butter will nourish dry skin.
