Two Weeks on Ningxia Red!

Hello Fellow Oilers!
Well as most of you know this is my second week on Ningxia Red I joined the challenge started by the Common Scent Mom team! More info here...
It has been great and I have thoroughly enjoyed taking this powerful antioxidant drink. It contains whole Ningxia wolfberry puree—a super blend of blueberry, aronia, cherry, pomegranate, and plum juices, natural stevia extract, grape seed extract, pure vanilla extract, and orange, yuzu, lemon, and tangerine essential oils.

Its health benefits include support from head to toe, via a whole body nutrient infusion. NingXia Wolfberries have been cherished for centuries for its health, energy, and longevity benefits. Whole Ningxia wolfberries and other nutrient-dense fruit juices make NingXia Red the perfect choice for optimizing wellness and stepping up to a whole new level of health. I have truly felt a lot more energy and endurance in strenuous tasks and physical activities as well as just ordinary life!

Are you participating in the January Ningxia Red Challenge?
If so, what has been your experience with it? Or are you a regular partaker of it?

Happy Weekend!

Get 2015 Started off Right!

The holidays are over, and so is the rushing, the schedule busy with get-togethers, and the last-minute baking and gift shopping. Ready to finally take a minute to breathe? This month, to start 2015 off right Young Living is offering a 5-ml bottles of Copaiba and Spearmint essential oils, along with a shareable $20 enrollment voucher, and SleepEssence™ capsules!

So how can Copaiba and Spearmint help you unwind? Here are a couple of ideas for relaxing, at-home spa treats with these must-have essential oils:

  • The main ingredient in Stress Away™ essential oil blend, Copaiba can be used aromatically promote a sense of calm. For an all-natural hair masque that nourishes both hair and scalp, combine ½ avocado, 1 egg yolk, 2–4 drops of Copaiba essential oil, and 1–2 drops of Rosemary essential oil in a blender. Distribute through hair, massage into scalp, and wrap hair in a shower cap. Wait 5–10 minutes. Rinse out in the shower, and then shampoo and condition as normal.
  • Sweet and minty, Spearmint, the cousin of Peppermint, has a softer aroma and is both refreshing and uplifting to the mind. For an easy, at-home spa treatment, soak clean feet in warm water with 5–10 drops total of Spearmint, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil for up to 15 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry with a towel. Combine 1 tablespoon of cocoa butter with 5 drops each of Spearmint and Peppermint essential oil and massage into feet, focusing on the heel and ball of the foot. The tingling mint sensation will soothe away fatigue, while the cocoa butter will nourish dry skin.

How would you use the free Copaiba and Spearmint essential oils in your qualifying January order to get your year started right? Let me know in the comments!

If you missed last weeks post please check it out! The challenge starts the 10th, and I would love for anyone and everyone to participate!
