Two Weeks on Ningxia Red!

Hello Fellow Oilers!

Well as most of you know this is my second week on Ningxia Red I joined the challenge started by the Common Scent Mom team! More info here...

It has been great and I have thoroughly enjoyed taking this powerful antioxidant drink. Get 2015 Started off Right!

The holidays are over, and so is the rushing, the schedule busy with get-togethers, and the last-minute baking and gift shopping. Ready to finally take a minute to breathe? So how can Copaiba and Spearmint help you unwind? Here are a couple of ideas for relaxing, at-home spa treats with these must-have essential oils:

• The main ingredient in Stress Away™ essential oil blend, Copaiba can be used aromatically promote a sense of calm. Remove from water and pat dry with a towel. Combine 1 tablespoon of cocoa butter with 5 drops each of Spearmint and Peppermint essential oil and massage into feet, focusing on the heel and ball of the foot. The tingling mint sensation will soothe away fatigue, while the cocoa butter will nourish dry skin.

Staying Well and Healthy for the Holidays!

Hello Everyone!

This post is designed to promote and introduce the best oils to have on hand during this time of the year, namely the cold and flu season. I hope you find the information useful and helpful.

Thieves was created based on research about four thieves in France who covered themselves with cloves, rosemary, and other aromatics while robbing plague victims.
